1. What is being sold

A one-time unlock of the browser game Candy Orchard. It opens all twelve baskets (levels) and enables carrying on from where you spilled instead of restarting the basket. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Price: $4.99 USD, one time. Tax may be added at checkout depending on your country. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.

2. What is free

Baskets 1–3 are free to play, with no time limit, no advertising and no account. You can play them before deciding, and you can keep playing them if you decide not to buy. The paywall is shown up front, and it is always dismissible.

3. Who processes your payment

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on your statement and on your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Card details are entered on Paddle's own form and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this site. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

4. How the unlock reaches you

When Paddle confirms the payment, this site issues an unlock token to your browser. It is stored on your device, so the unlock survives reloading the page and coming back later. If you change browser or device, or clear your data, use Restore a purchase on the paywall and enter the order id or the Paddle transaction id from your receipt.

The unlock is personal and is not a transferable licence. You may use it on your own devices.

5. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

6. Availability

The game is provided "as is". It runs entirely in your browser, so it will keep working offline once loaded, but no guarantee is made that this site will remain online forever. If it is ever discontinued, anyone who paid within the previous 14 days may request a refund on that basis alone.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the game or these terms is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
